Product background
Maxio Barra has been developed in Australia, for Australian barramundi farmers. BioMar Australia worked in collaboration with global R&D to design two detailed nutritional trials focusing on optimising the balance of digestible protein and energy using BioMar Australia's current raw material basket. All feed for the trials was produced in Australia, utilising our present raw materials and used Australian Barramundi stock. The trials were successful, demonstrating and improvement in FCR & SGR, resulting in biomass gain and better performance for Barramundi farmers.
